Pilates Reformer Individual
The program is adapted to your personal needs and goals. A 1-on-1 training session with your Pilates instructor for 60 uninterrupted minutes. Nothing surpasses a personal Pilates training at our studio. Train according to your availability, based on appointments.

Semi-Individual Pilates means quality time for you and someone dear, whether you come with your partner, a friend, or a family member. Guided by the instructor, each exercise is adapted to your needs so that you can both enjoy a personalized and effective experience.

Pilates Reformer Group
Group Pilates is held in small classes of 4–6 people at scheduled hours. The workouts take place in an energetic and supportive atmosphere, where each participant receives the necessary attention to progress safely and achieve visible results.
Pre & Post-Natal Pilates
Our Pilates program is specially designed for pregnant women, starting from the second trimester until delivery. The exercises help the body safely prepare for labor, reduce pregnancy discomfort, and offer benefits for both mother and baby.
After birth, post-natal Pilates supports recovery, strengthens abdominal and pelvic muscles, and restores body balance, for a smoother and safer return to the initial shape.
